Guardian
There is an end with a stage of construction of transport lines in the paintshop of Guardian plant. Guardian Europe is a leading producer of glass elements for the Automotive sector. The factory in Boleslawiec will produce plastic parts for car body (bumpers). This is the second investment of company in Poland. In Czestochowa, the company has a glasswork.

Cleaning, non flying bird...
Our company was involved in new Feather Duster project. This is next time when we are responsible for design and installation of machine that clean car body from dust direct before painting ( ie. EMU machine ). A curiosity information is that cleaning drums are covered with ostrich plumes. The reason to use plumes is that they are anti-static. Other branches, like optic and electronic branch, also uses ostrich plumes for removing dust.

Fire in VW Navarra
During production break a seriuos accident has happened.
When the welding work was beeing done by mechanic company, the fire started. Part of installation on 0m level and one of spray booths were burnt.
The temperature reached 500 degrees Celsious. Currently cleaning and repairing work started, in order to restore production abilities.

Back in Spain
After New Year our electricians went back to Spain, to Pamplona. They started
post-realization revision of electric documentation (using CAE EPLAN tool).
At the same time the preparations for next part of project started last
year are in progress.

Installation work in paint shop VW
w Uitenhage ( RPA ) goes on.
The main contractor is one of the leading international suppliers of surface
finishing technology EISENMANN.
Our company is working as subcontractor of Austrian company 5N.
Factory in Uitenhage is one of the biggest employer in the neighbourhood.

In the spanish sun...
Sunny Spain is still favourable to our company. Our electrician team started
installation work in paint shop VW
Navarra in Pamplona (new painting line). The expected time of completion
is the end of year. After this part of installation reaches full production
capacity, the old painting line will be switched off and modified.

Dry, but not overheat!
Our company was hired to design control system for Volvo Umea (Sweden)
truck paint shop. The main contractor became once again the company Duerr.
We are subcontractor of Austrian company 5N.
Low temperature drying process with water based paint, used in Umea, is
the outstanding feature of the paint line. As the first company worldwide,
Volvo will use this drying process for its FH series truck cabs. More info
